Payments Policy

If the buyer should choose to use Paypal they are liable to cover the paypal charges in full at the time of order. TheGTRShop offer the buyer free Bank transfer facilities, unless the payment is from a foreign bank then £8.50 is charged to cover the receiving bankers fee. All bank transfers transfers are allowed 5 working days clearance before goods are despatched.

Shipping Policy:

We are now able to offer all our customers a set shipping tariff as follows:

Off the shelf products are shipped same day if ordered before 12noon. Other items within 48hrs. All items are fully insured and tracked.

UK shipping Exc Highlands and Rep. of Ireland:
Shipping of smaller items (up to 2kg) £5
Items between 2-30kg £9
Over 30kg (from £11. Calculated at time of ordering)

Rest of the EU:
Shipping of smaller items (up to 2kg) including £15
Items between 2-30kg from £18.00 depending on zones listed below.
Over 30kg (ask for cost at time of purchase)

Rest of the world:
Priced at time of enquiry.

Shipping will be calculated and added to your final bill. Items will not be shipped until full balance is cleared. The buyer is responsible for any Taxes levied to the items such as customs or sales tax. The buyer is responsible for any holding costs made by shipping companies for failed deliveries for what ever reason.

Returns Policy:

We will issue credit to the original bank or PayPal account used for the purchase price, applicable taxes, shipping coast for items shipped in error. Credit will be issued automatically upon receipt & inspection of the item(s). All items are ID data marked and photographed prior to despatch. If only a portion of your original order is returned, credit for original shipping costs will be on a pro-rata basis. All items should be inspected immediately as we cannot except delayed returns for faulted new items. Our maximum return period for new items is 7 days from the day of delivery. We will not accept new items for return that have been trial fitted unless agreed with TheGTRShop.

Non-Returnable Products:

Used electrical items (such as coilpacks, ecu's, sensors, digital gauges, air flow meters). All mentioned items are workshop tested prior to shipping and guaranteed a working product. No returns can be made due to incorrect purchase or faulty installation. Always consult with your Tuner or Garage prior to purchase to ensure compatability. These items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Shipping costs for returned items:

If items are returned for reasons other than defect or error, then the customer will be responsible for all postage charges. TheGTRShop will not pay for return postage. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind", "did not like the product" and "ordered incorrect product". Whereas such items are agreed on return a 30% restocking fee shall apply and no refunds shall be issued until the units have been inspected and tested.

Please note that as some items are used and supplied in a used condition it is the buyers understanding that such items cannot be returned unless agreed. Used items will show signs of wear and tear appropriate to the age, mileage and useage of the item. It is the buyers understanding that some items may require an element of refurbishment prior to fitting and that they agree with this prior to purchase.

GRP Manutactured Items.

We are happy to supply reproduced and grp manufactured panels and trims. Please note that due to some manufacture procceses that we advise parts be proffessionaly fitted and that from time to time may have/need refinishing. Items finished with clearcote laquer may also sometimes show small imperfections due to the finishing process.

If you are unsure or unhappy with any of the above then please do not buy used items, we offer a new item section that offers manufacturer warranties.
